Parks and Recreation

The City of Baxter Park & Trail system consists of 5 park areas and miles of paved trails. The Parks & Recreation department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City's parks, trails and recreation programs.

  • The City of Baxter Parks and Recreation Commission is holding an informational meeting starting at 5:30 p.m. on February 22, 2010 in City Council Chambers to discuss the installation of an all purpose playground equipment and the long range development plan for Whipple Beach Park.
