The City of Baxter bills monthly for water, sewer and stormwater services. Residential water customers are responsible to submit their meter reading each month with their payment.

Auto Pay Program
The City of Baxter’s Utility Bill Auto Pay program is a service that pays your utility bill automatically every month. This free service allows you to have your utility bill with us automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on a recurring monthly basis.

•Use the drop bin or pay in person at the front desk of City Hall
